Description :
This project provides for a facility planning study for the master planned DUAL bikeway along Bradley Boulevard which includes both on-road bike lanes as well as an off-road shared use path. The study will evaluate connecting the existing sidewalk on Bradley Boulevard east of Goldsboro and an existing sidewalk on Wilson Lane to improve pedestrian safety and provide access to transit stops and the Bethesda CBD. The request originates from the South Bradley Hills Neighborhood Association and was accompanied by a petition of approximately 100 citizens in support of this project.

Important and Long Overdue Study
It's easy to stick a pejorative label like "bike path to nowhere" on the Bradley Blvd Improvement Project. But it's also unfair, untrue and a cheap shot. There may be good reasons to oppose it, but this label isn't one of them. I've lived a block awa....

Support for a hybrid of Alternatives 2 and 3, and related issues.
This is an important new facility. I support a mixture of alternatives 2 and 3. The key features I support: 1) A 6 foot sidewalk on the south side. 2) 5 foot bike lanes on both sides. 3) A ten foot shared path on the north side. 4) Exte....

Please stop the spin
I was at the presentation a couple of weeks ago and there are several facts that are being ignored by those critical of this project: 1. This is a County project, not a State project; 2. The County is two years agay from a funding decision for full d....

DOUBTFUL THAT ANY OF THESE POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE FROM HOME OWNERS DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY THIS ABSURD U
All of the comments appear to simply whine about the need for people to walk down Bradley Blvd into Bethesda. Isn't it ashame that the the residents who are not directly impacted along Bradley Blvd are the ones supporting this effort. Would their f....
