Leggett to Announce Completion of Nebel Street Separated Bike Lanes

Nebel Street and Marinelli Road, Rockville
County Executive Ike Leggett will announce that the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) has completed construction of one-half mile separated bike lanes on both sides of Nebel Street between Randolph Road and Marinelli Road in Rockville.
Leggett will be joined by Councilmember Hans Riemer and Department of Transportation Director Al Roshdieh. The development represents another important step forward in transforming the Pike District into a bikeable, walkable, transit-oriented community.
Note to Media: Limited parking is available in a County facility parking lot at 11651 Nebel Street.
