LA JUNTA ELECTORAL DEL CONDADO DE MONTGOMERY INSTALA Y COLOCA UBICACIONES DE BUZONES DE ENTREGA DE PAPELETAS PARA LA ELECCIÓN PRIMARIA PRESIDENCIAL DEL 2024

La Junta Electoral del Condado de Montgomery publicó hoy en línea una lista de ubicaciones de buzones de entrega de papeletas disponibles para los votantes para las elecciones primarias presidenciales del 2024. Los buzones permanecerán abiertos hasta el día de las elecciones, martes, 14 de mayo del 2024 (8PM). Los votantes pueden enviar su papeleta por correo completas en cualquier buzón ubicado en el Condado de Montgomery. En total, habrá 58 buzones disponibles, con 3 ubicados en instalaciones para personas mayores, con acceso limitado al público general en Asbury Village, Leisure World y Riderwood.

A los votantes elegibles en Maryland se les han enviado solicitudes de papeletas por correo. Las solicitudes deben recibirse antes del 7 de mayo. Las papeletas por correo se enviarán a los votantes a través del correo a partir del 1 de abril. Para ser contadas, las papeletas enviadas por correo deben tener matasellos a más tardar el martes, 14 de mayo del 2024. Las oficinas postales generalmente cierran a las 5PM.

Para ser contadas, las papeletas enviadas por correo deben tener matasellos a más tardar el 14 de mayo, y deberá firmar el juramento en el sobre de devolución con franqueo pagado que llega con la papeleta. Aquellos que opten por emitir sus votos utilizando buzones de papeleta deben enviar sus papeletas completas antes de la última hora de recolección, a las 8PM del martes 14 de mayo, para que se cuente su papeleta.

Para identificar el buzón de entrega de papeleta y el localizador de la oficina de correos más cercano, envíe un mensaje de texto con la palabra BUZON más el código postal (ejemplo: BUZON 20879) al 77788 o visite 777vote.org.
