Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich's Weekly Media Briefing at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, to Focus on Attainable Housing Plan and Affordable Housing Update

Reporters are encouraged to participate in this week’s virtual media briefing happening Wednesday, Oct. 2, at 2 p.m., where they will have the opportunity to ask Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich questions.

The County Executive will react to the final Attainable Housing Listening Session being held virtually tomorrow by Montgomery Planning and the County Council. He will also have Department of Housing and Community Affairs Director Scott Bruton on as a guest to discuss County efforts to add affordable housing and the newly released Affordable Housing Pipeline Report.

The weekly media briefings offer reporters an opportunity to discuss timely and vital issues with the County Executive, key members of the County Government and community leaders invited to the Zoom call. Media members who wish to participate in the virtual media briefing should contact Joelle Modderman at [email protected] by noon on the day of the briefing. Login information will be provided after receipt of the RSVP. Login information for the media briefing remains the same from week to week. There is no need to RSVP each week unless you are new to the call.
