Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich to Join Ribbon Cutting for Newly Renovated Homes Being Sold to Lower-Income Households in Montgomery Village

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will join Habitat for Humanity Metro Maryland (HFHMM), the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC), and the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) to celebrate a partnership that will result in 20 newly renovated, affordable townhomes sold to lower-income households in Montgomery Village.

The townhomes were developed through a collaboration in which HOC sold the properties to Habitat with financing support from DHCA. All the townhomes are in the process of being renovated and sold to households earning between 35% and 63% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
