Make the Covenant Rally

County Executive Ike Leggett, Prince George's Chief of Police Henry Stawinski III, Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger and Rev. Matthew Watley, executive minister of Reid Temple AME Church at the “Make the Covenant” rally held at Freedom Plaza in Washington D. C.  The rally was held in remembrance of the recent lost of life in Louisiana, Minnesota and Dallas in solidarity with various communities around the nation and law enforcement.
