Joint Town Hall Meetings, Courageous Conversations on Police and Community Relations

Montgomery County saw solid turnout at the Silver Spring Civic Building as it hosted the first of its two joint town hall meetings to encourage further dialogue about gun violence and work toward the goal of a Montgomery County free of hostility, with enhanced safety for everyone in our community. This initiative is in response to recent events in St. Anthony, Minnesota; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Dallas, Texas.
