Leggett at Silver Spring Town Hall Meeting

County Executive Ike Leggett joined Chief of Police Tom Manger, Director of the Office of Human Rights James Stowe, Interfaith Community Liaison Rev. Mansfield "Kasey" Kaseman, and several other County officials at the Silver Spring Civic Building for the first of two town hall meetings focused on police and community relations in light of the recent acts of violence across the country that have received national attention.
