Leadership and Innovation

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett presented a 2016 National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) Leadership Award to Maryland Congressman Chris Van Hollen of District 8. The theme of the NFBPA's 13th Annual National Leadership Dinner is “Leadership and Innovation: Making Our Communities Work for Everyone.” The theme honors the dedicated works of outstanding people who have contributed to the betterment of public service.
