Portion of MD 97 Dedicated in Honor of Fallen Police Officer Noah A. Leotta

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan joined County Executive Isiah Leggett to help dedicate a portion of MD 97 (Georgia Avenue between the Inter County Connector and Emory Lane) in the Olney area to honor fallen Police Officer Noah A. Leotta. Officer Leotta was struck and killed by a drunk driver while conducting drunk-driving enforcement in December of 2015. In October, Noah's Law (Senate Bill 945, the Drunk Driving Reduction Act of 2016) will go into effect.
