County Executive Leggett addressed the Rotary Club of Bethesda

County Executive Leggett addressed the Rotary Club of Bethesda on his six-point plan for economic development in Montgomery County. In his remarks, the County Executive also praised County emergency responders for their response to the August 10th apartment fire in Silver Spring.
