Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner (center) and Seth Morgan of Chevy Chase on March 7 agree that more effort must be made to recognize early symptoms of Multiple sclerosis as the Montgomery County Council joined in the national recognition of MS Awareness Week. Seth, who during his 23-year career as a neurologist treated hundreds of people with multiple sclerosis and later was diagnosed with the disease himself, talked about the progress that has been made in diagnosing and treating the disease. Also at the ceremonies in Rockville was Marina Baudoin, a volunteer in fighting MS.
