County Dedicates Jan Jablonski Early Learning Center

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett dedicated the Jan Jablonski Early Literacy Training Center and unveiled a memorial plaque to honor the legacy of Jan Jablonski at the Noyes Library for Young Children. Jablonski co-founded the Noyes Children’s Library Foundation (NCLF) and provided continuous dedicated volunteer service until her passing in 2016.
