#HERtime2shine is in celebration of the National Girls and Women in Sports Day. This event is a way to empower girls to get involved in sports and live healthy, active lifestyles by bringing the county’s sports and fitness organizations together to showcase new opportunities through a carnival-style family fun day. Sports and fitness vendors will be hosting interactive and fun activities. Participants are encouraged to be active by completing vendor activities such as Zumba sessions, shooting hoops and more to earn tickets and win cool prizes or be entered into a raffle.
