Groundbreaking Ceremony - Rockville Student Services Center

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Montgomery College Rockville Student Services Center. When it’s complete, the new facility will give this campus a modern building that will give students an easier and supportive launch into their college career.
