World of Montgomery

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett was joined by Congressman Jamie Raskin; Montgomery College President Dr. DeRionne Pollard; Rockville Mayor Bridget Newton; Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner; and other members of the County Council at the World of Montgomery Festival at Montgomery College. The purpose of the festival is to celebrate the diverse cultural heritages which play an active role in the lives of Montgomery County residents and communities. The festival showcases this rich diversity through food, music, dance, traditional arts and hands-on projects for children and families.
