Leggett Leads Joint Sister Cities and Economic Development Mission Trip to South Korea and China

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett, County Councilmember Craig Rice, Montgomery College President DeRionne Pollard, Montgomery County Economic Development Corp. (MCEDC) CEO David Petr and other local business and government leaders visited South Korea and China as part of a joint Sister Cities and Economic Development Mission Trip from October 20 -29. The trip included stops in the cities of Seoul, Daejeon, Xi’an and Shanghai. In South Korea, Leggett signed a Sister City agreement with Daejeon Mayor Sun Taik Kwon.
