Mid-Atlantic StatNet

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett provided the opening remarks for the fall 2017 meeting of Mid-Atlantic StatNet (MASN). MASN is the professional association for the region’s local government performance management and “Stat” practitioners. Hosted by Montgomery County’s CountyStat team in the Executive Office Building, Mr. Leggett spoke to attendees from more than a dozen jurisdictions across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. plus stakeholders from the Federal Government, academia and the private sector about the importance of the use of unbiased data analysis and evidence in policymaking.
