Excellence in the Arts and Humanities

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett and First Lady Catherine Leggett honored eight community leaders for excellence in the arts and humanities at an awards ceremony at the Round House Theatre in Bethesda. The awards, established in 2002, recognize community leaders for their work in the cultural sector.
