Sol Graham Recognized

County Executive Ike Leggett presented a special recognition award to Sol Graham, chair of Quality Biologics, for his many years of community leadership and dedication to advancing Montgomery County’s economic and workforce interests. The award was presented at the County Executive’s Economic Advisory Group’s December Meeting.
