Expansion Begins at Music Center at Strathmore
Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett participated in Construction Downbeat, a groundbreaking for The Bernard Family Foundation Pavilion at the Music Center at Strathmore. The expansion project includes enclosing the Bou Terrace with floor-to-ceiling glass panels. When complete, the new dining area will include 200 extra seats. In addition, an escalator will be added to connect the main Promenade to the Orchestra level at the County’s premier arts facility that hosts approximately 250,000 visitors annually.
