County Executive Isiah Leggett provided opening remarks for the Fifth Annual Montgomery County Energy Summit on April 4 held at the Silver Spring Civic Building. This all-day event, co-hosted by Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection and U.S. Green Building Council-National Capital Region, focused on commercial energy efficiency and clean energy in the County.
