Earth Day

Councilmember Roger Berliner presented a proclamation on behalf of the Council recognizing April 22, 2018 as Earth Day and the month of April as Earth Month. Councilmember Berliner highlighted the urgent need for policies at all levels to combat human-caused climate change and to counter regressive federal policies on the climate and the environment. He was joined by Patty Bubar, Acting Director of the County’s Department of Environmental Protection. #EarthDay2018
