Madelaine Lemus, a fifth-grade student from Flower Hill Elementary School is the winner of the Office of Human Rights Annual Fair Housing Poster Contest. County Executive Ike Leggett presented Lemus with a $250 check at a special ceremony attended by fourth and fifth graders from the school on April 18. The winning poster was selected by the Interagency Fair Housing Coordinating Group from 50 entries created by participants of the Office of Human Rights Diversity Camp.
