Montgomery County Recreation Presents Long Branch Community Unity Festival

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, April 27, 2016

Montgomery County Recreation invites residents to attend the Long Branch Community Unity Festival on Saturday, May 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Long Branch Community Recreation Center, 8700 Piney Branch Road, Silver Spring.

 

The free, family-oriented event will include entertainment, arts and crafts, children’s activities and food vendors from many cultures.  The annual indoor soccer tournament for middle school students will begin at 11 am.

 

The annual event is coordinated by the Long Branch Community Recreation Center Advisory Committee and celebrates the rich cultural diversity in the Long Branch community. Free parking is available.
