County Hosts Resource Fair on Accessing Mental Health Services

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, May 4, 2016

Learn about the many wellness and recovery programs and resources for mental health services at the Mental Health Resource Fair on Monday, May 16.  The fair will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at Montgomery College’s Rockville Campus-Small Gym (PE137A), located at 51 Mannakee Street in Rockville. 

Staff from the County’s Department of Health and Human Services, as well as other community organizations, will provide information on community-based programs, prevention programs, crisis services, peer-support programs, mental health services and other support for children, youth, adults, older adults, families, veterans and others.

The community fair is sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services’ Behavioral Health and Crisis Services Core Service Agency and the Montgomery College Mental Health Program.
