Update: Partial Opening of Bethesda Outdoor Pool Will Continue Through the Weekend

For Immediate Release: Thursday, June 2, 2016

Construction work on the main pool at the Bethesda Outdoor Pool located at 6300 Little Falls Parkway will continue this weekend.  The lap, teaching and tot pools will be open for recreational swimming, however, the main pool will remain closed.

 

Admission to the pool will be discounted to $2 for all users through June 5. As an alternative, recreational swim hours at the Kennedy Shriver (Indoor) Aquatic Center are available as follows: June 4: 2 – 4 p.m., 5 – 7 p.m.; June 5: 2 – 5 p.m. 

  

Updates will be available on the Recreation Department website at www.montgomerycountymd.gov/rec, social media and via Rec Alerts. Residents can sign up for the alerts via Alert Montgomery at https://alert.montgomerycountymd.gov and choosing the Recreation Department alerts option.
