MCDOT Launches Program to Display Ads in Parking Garages

For Immediate Release: Monday, August 15, 2016

Starting today, the Montgomery County Department of Transportation’s (MCDOT) Division of Parking Management (DPM) will be selling ad space in some of the most highly used garages in Bethesda and Silver Spring. Space will be made available in additional garages based on demand.

 

 The garages are:

  • Town Square Garage (#61), 801 Ellsworth Drive, Silver Spring;

  • Cameron-Second Garage (#7), 8530 Cameron Street, Silver Spring;

  • Bethesda-Elm Garage (#57), 4841 Bethesda Avenue, Bethesda; and

  • Woodmont Corner Garage (#11), 7730 Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda.

 

The Wayne Avenue Garage (#60), located at 921 Wayne Ave, Silver Spring will also be added soon.

 

The ads will display commercial and government-sponsored messages. More information about the program and advertising guidelines and forms are available online.

 

MCDOT provides parking spaces in public parking lots, garages and on-street parking meters in seven areas of the County: Silver Spring, Bethesda, Wheaton, Montgomery Hills, North Bethesda, Friendship Heights and Shady Grove.
