The International Conservatory of Music is a non-profit public charity whose mission is to bring people together to experience classical guitar music from around the world through performances, classes, scholarship competitions and national tours.
The free concerts, suitable for adults, will take place at the following branches:

Before each concert, MCPL staff will introduce ArtistWorks, a new online program being launched by MCPL. ArtistWorks allows residents to take musical and art lessons with virtuoso musicians and artists from home 24/7. The presentation will include how to use the online program to learn piano, guitar and many other instruments, as well as how to improve your singing and artist abilities.
“We are very pleased to host this series of concerts at our public libraries to delight our residents,” said MPCL Director Parker Hamilton. “Music brings people together, and the library as the community space for informal learning and education, is the perfect forum for the concerts and ArtistWorks. MCPL is very excited to offer this concert series and launch ArtistWorks during Classical Music Month.
