Ride On Service Change to Begin Sunday, September 18

For Immediate Release: Monday, September 12, 2016

Beginning September 18, Ride On will make schedule or routing changes to 19 bus routes. Most of the changes involve only minor time adjustments so that bus schedules more closely match actual travel times in traffic.

The following schedules or routes will be changed: 2, 6, 7, 12, 13, 15, 18, 21, 25, 30, 36, 41, 45, 49, 54, 61, 65, 76, 100. (Click on the route number to view the new timetable.)

On Route 76, there will be a route change but no schedule change. The bus coming from Shady Grove to Poolesville/Kentlands will continue along Fisher Avenue. instead of turning onto Wootton Avenue. to better serve the Poolesville Library and other destinations. The bus going toward Shady Grove from Willard Road and Wooten Avenue will continue to serve Wootton Avenue.
