Sidney Katz to hold community meeting

at 7 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 2, in Gaithersburg

At Gaither Center, topics will include public safety,

funding for the Corridor Cities Transitway,

Watkins Mill Interchange

 

ROCKVILLE, Md., October 28, 2016—Montgomery County Councilmember Sidney Katz, who represents Council District 3, will host a community meeting starting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at the Benjamin Gaither Center in Gaithersburg. Among the issues he will provide updates on are public safety, the proposed Corridor Cities Transitway and funding status for the Watkins Mill Interchange on I-270.

 

The Benjamin Gaither Center is located at 80 Bureau Drive.

 

The meeting is part of a series of community meetings known as “Share Your Concerns With Sidney.”

 

“I have been hosting community meetings throughout District 3 and I look forwarding to discussing many issues with our residents,” said Councilmember Katz, who is a member of the Council’s Public Safety Committee and its Government Operations and Fiscal Policy Committee.
