Changes Made to Parking Lot 34 in Wheaton

In June, MCDOT is preparing to begin construction of the Wheaton Redevelopment Project that will provide a government office building, below ground parking garage and a town square in the heart of Wheaton on the Wheaton Market Place Parking Lot (Lot 13, located at 11219 Grandview Avenue). To prepare for the partial closure of Parking Lot 13 during construction, MCDOT has converted Wheaton Parking Lot 34 (located at Ennalls and Grandview avenues) to two-hour parking spaces and added additional ADA spaces. For those with long-term parking needs, spaces currently remain available in Lot 13 and Parking Lot 33, located at 2622 University Boulevard West.
