Ride On Participates in Age-Friendly Montgomery Initiative

To raise seniors’ awareness of transportation and mobility options, Ride On is promoting its Call-n-Ride discounted taxi service, Connect-A-Ride transportation information and referral service, and free Ride On service for seniors and persons with disabilities. Look for ads about these programs on both the outside and inside of Ride On buses and flyers at libraries, senior recreation centers and senior residential facilities.

 

Ride On is an active participant in the County’s Age-Friendly Montgomery Initiative, which has the goal of making Montgomery County a safe, livable, affordable place where people can age, remain, and thrive with dignity and respect for a lifetime.
