PUBLIC HEARING
The Montgomery County Council will hold a public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, on a special appropriation to the Montgomery County Public Schools’ Fiscal Year 2018 operating budget that would provide $2,186,180 to implement a Head Start program expansion. The source of the funds is General Fund reserves.
The public hearing will be held in the Third Floor Hearing Room of the Council Office Building, which is located at 100 Maryland Avenue in Rockville. The meeting will be televised live by County Cable Montgomery (CCM). The channel can be viewed on Cable Channels 996 (high definition) and 6 (standard definition) on Comcast; Channels 1056 (HD) and 6 (SD) on RCN; and Channel 30 on Verizon. It also will be available live via streaming through the Council web site at http://tinyurl.com/z9982v8 .
