MCDOT Installs Another New Bikeshare Station

Today, MCDOT installed the 71^st Bikeshare station in its network at Corporate Boulevard and Omega Drive in Rockville. The 15-dock station was purchased by the developers of Hanover Shady Grove. This is the 27^th Bikeshare station in the Rockville/Shady Grove/Life Sciences Center area.

 

Bikeshare stations also serve Bethesda, Friendship Heights, Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Chevy Chase Lake and Wheaton. MCDOT continues to add stations and more are planned for White Flint and Twinbrook.

 

More information about Montgomery County’s Bikeshare system is available online. Montgomery County is part of the regional Capital Bikeshare network.
