Roger Berliner to meet with media

at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 25

 

ROCKVILLE, Md., September 21, 2017—Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner will meet with members of the media at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 25 to discuss an upcoming Transportation, Infrastructure, Energy and Environment Committee meeting with representatives from the Maryland Transit Administration and the Purple Line Transit Partners. He also will discuss a supplemental appropriation being reviewed by the Council to enhance gang suppression efforts and preview a Council panel discussion on the future of transportation that will focus on self-driving vehicles.    

Council President Berliner’s meeting with members of the media will be in the Sixth Floor Conference Room of the Council Office Building at 100 Maryland Ave. in Rockville.

Council President Berliner meets regularly with members of the media to preview the Council’s weekly activities and discuss local issues. Most meetings are on Mondays.
