Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich, Department of Environmental Protection Director Jon Monger to Recognize America Recycles Day on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at the County’s Recycling Cen

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will join Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Director Jon Monger to recognize America Recycles Day, a day dedicated to promoting recycling across the nation. County leaders will highlight sustainable projects and expanded recycling efforts, providing more opportunities for community members to recycle more materials.
The media event will be held at 10:30 a.m. with remarks from the County Executive and Director Monger followed by a tour of the recycling center to record video and photos of the commingled recycling and the paper processing.
