"Everyone has a role to play in protecting our air, water and land," said DEP Director Jon Monger. "DEP’s mission is to build a more sustainable economy and healthier communities. But we can't do it alone—our success relies on residents and businesses taking action to preserve the environment. Earth Month is a reminder of how crucial it is to take action year-round to protect our planet. I hope you'll join us this April as we celebrate and take steps toward a brighter future."
