Due to Purple Line construction at Wayne Avenue and Manchester Road, beginning Wednesday, June 18, Ride On Bus Routes 12, 13, and 19 will be detoured in Silver Spring. These detours will be in effect until the closure is lifted, with a projected end of August 2025. Details of the detours can be found below. 

Bus Route 12 to Takoma Station: 

From Wayne Avenue, make a right turn onto Manchester Road, left turn onto Piney Branch Road, right turn onto Flower Avenue, and back on route.

• 27080: East Wayne Avenue & Flower Avenue
