Nighttime Economy Forum to be hosted by Department of Liquor Control; Forum to focus on Investment in Safe and Vibrant Nightlife for Sociability

Montgomery County’s Department of Liquor Control will host a Nighttime Economy Forum on September 29 in order to share information on how to harness the benefits of well managed nightlife. The forum will be held from, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bethesda Chevy Chase Fie and rescue Squad, 5020 Battery La.

The forum will provide tools for participants from throughout the area to maximize resources to better manage safety and nightlife. Together with regional partners, Montgomery County will share success stories with area leaders and establish regional networks for resource exchange and collaboration.

Bethesda will join Providence, Philadelphia and New York City in working with the Responsible Hospitality Institute (RHI) to host a series of one-day forums on regional nighttime economy.
