Press conference to be held on April 6 at 11 a.m. in Rockville
Montgomery County Council President Natali Fani-González will hold a press conference on Monday, April 6 at 11 a.m. to promote the upcoming Citizenship Clinic hosted in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, the County's Office of Community Partnerships, and the Gilchrist Immigrant Resource Center on April 11.
The Citizenship Clinic is a free event for people who are lawful permanent residents and may be eligible to apply for U.S. citizenship. Eligible residents will get free legal advice on whether they can apply for naturalization. The clinic will be held on Saturday, April 11 from 2-6 p.m. at the Wheaton Community Recreation Center (11701 Georgia Ave., Wheaton, Md., 20902).
