WHAT:    Montgomery County Executive to recognize the bravery of the officers and others who 

                jumped into the Cabin John Creek

WHEN:   Friday, June 30, 2023

               12:30 p.m.   

WHERE: 2nd District Police Station, 4823 Rugby Avenue, Bethesda

 

Montgomery County Executive, Marc Elrich will be honoring Sergeant Hall, Officer Chindbloom, Officer Chabala, Fire Inspector R. Cavey and Good Samaritan, Tyrone Robinson for their display of courage and bravery.

On Friday, June 23, 2023, these five men risked their lives and jumped into the Cabin John Creek to locate and rescue a woman who had jumped into the water.
