Concern for Missing White Oak Teen (LOCATED)

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating Shalal Frazier, a missing 17-year-old from White Oak.
