Concern for Missing Twenty-Four-Year-Old (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Alan Hooker was found dead on Tuesday, October 31. No foul play is suspected in his death.

Gaithersburg, MD - The Montgomery County Department of Police - 5th District Investigative Section is asking for the public's assistance in locating Alan Hooker, a missing 24-year-old.
