Concern for Missing Fourteen-Year-Old (LOCATED)

Gaithersburg, MD - The Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public's assistance in locating Hiyab Weldhamont, a missing 14-year-old from Gaithersburg.
