Concern for Missing Sixty-Nine-Year-Old (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Christopher Oyobio has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating Christopher Oyobio, a missing 69-year-old from Silver Spring.
