Concern for Missing Germantown Teen (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Harmonee Sykes has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) is asking for the public's assistance in locating Harmonee Sarah Sykes, a missing 16-year-old from Germantown.
