Concern for Missing Silver Spring Teen (LOCATED)

Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public's assistance in locating Angel Rodrigues-Mendez , a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.
