Concern for Missing Germantown Man (LOCATED)

Update: Douglas Antonio Grande Torres has been located safe and unharmed. 

Gaithersburg, MD- Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police - 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating Douglas Antonio Grande Torres, a missing 34-year-old man from Germantown.
