Concern for Missing Forty-Year-Old (LOCATED)

UPDATE: Dwight Anthony Miller has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD - The Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating Dwight Anthony Miller, a missing 40-year-old from Germantown.
